Cost-effectiveness and net benefit of enhanced treatment of depression for older adults with diabetes and depression

This study looks at the cost effectiveness and net-benefit when using Collaborative Care with older patients diagnosed with diabetes and depression. It was found that the cost of Collaborative Care is no greater than usual care in older adults with diabetes and patients experienced more depression-free days.
